I enjoyed taking this shot as it was harder to take because I had to think of how the sun went around the objects in focus. This has created an interesting shot. I like the turnout of this photo because it has an element of Mystery because it takes a while to figure out what is happening. For Those who cannot figure it out It is my uncle working on a black car in the sun is reflecting of the top of the grille. It was a hard shot to take because my camera on my on my phone could not focus on the sun therefore I had to focus on the hood of the car. Plus the timing of the sun reflecting had to be just right.
In this photo I was using the Panorama mode on my phone. I like the photo but I found it difficult because you need a steady hand and able to move swiftly sideways. I don't really use panorama because I find it difficult and the pictures would have been better shot straight. panorama would be great for being at the top of a mountain peak.
image quality= 24 writing quallity =47 This shot was interesting to take because you had to capture fall in one photo. This photo is defiantly over exposed. If i were to take another shot I would take a close up and be more focus I might replace the photo because I am not happy with this one.
by avoiding the cliche I took a photo of the bridge connecting to the mainland which also showed how busy San Francisco is. The first photo shows that the bridge also connects to central San Francisco. The second photo is your cliche shot of the San Francisco Bridge. If I were to take these photos again I would look at the bridge from a bird's eye view from a nearby mountain and have a more detailed photo. This would enhance the meaning of the photo greatly, because it would show more colours and texture in the photograph.
This is a self portrait picture in black and white. It is inspired by the artist Annie Leibovitz. I wanted the rocks in the background because their texture and shadows enhance all the tiny details. It also makes for a better focus point. The angle of the subject creates a story for the viewer and makes them use their imagination. If I were to retake this photo I would have a busier background but have the focus point still on the subject in order to blur out the public and freeze a moment in time.
The process of taking asymmetrical and symmetrical photo was harder then I thought. Trying to find the balance of the asymmetrical difficult because it makes you think about the focus points. this definitely was a challange
During the summer I went to the Sunshine Coast to my family's cabin. I left Vancouver on June 29th and returned home on September 3rd. I enjoyed my summer this year, and was also happy to have a job at Ruby Lake Restaurant to keep me preoccupied. There was always something going on whether it was spending the day off-roading, or trying to keep the boats floating during the storm, or taking people out for backflips on a wakeboard. There was never a lot of down time which was unfortunate, because summer is about relaxing. I am way more excited for the winter up at my cabin because of the big bonfires.
